These Terms & Conditions govern the cleaning services provided by Tam Sparkles Solutions.

By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide domestic cleaning services, including:

• Regular Cleaning

• Deep Cleaning

• End of Tenancy Cleaning

• Move In / Move Out Cleaning

• One-Off Cleaning

Additional services may be agreed in writing before your appointment.

Quotations

All quotations are estimates based on the information provided.

The final price may change if the property condition or requested work differs significantly from the original description.

Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring we have safe access to the property.

If we cannot gain access, a cancellation fee may apply.

Payments

Payment is due on the day of service unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed before your appointment.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should:

• Secure valuable items.

• Inform us of any hazards.

• Notify us of pets.

• Provide access to water and electricity where required.

Liability

We take great care while working in your property.

Any concerns regarding accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours so they can be investigated promptly.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Changes

Tam Sparkles Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
